Return Policy
At BeautyHause, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive high-quality skincare products in perfect condition. If you experience any issues with your order, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Damaged Products: If the product arrives damaged or compromised during shipping.
Packaging Issues: If the product packaging is faulty, leading to contamination or spillage.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:
Clear photographic evidence of the damage must be sent to beautyhauseau@outlook.com.
The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
For Hygiene purposes we cannot accept items that have been opened and used.
Return Process
Contact our customer service team at info@beautyhause.com to initiate the return process.
Provide details of the issue, along with photos of the damage (if applicable).
Once approved, we will provide you with instructions for returning the product.
The cost of the return must be paid by the customer unless returning products deemed damaged or compromised then the return shipping will be covered by BeautyHause
Refunds
If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 days.
We will cover return shipping costs for products deemed damaged or compromised.
Exclusions
We do not accept returns for:
Change of mind.
Products that have been open or used

For Canadian orders (and other international markets), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs except for products damaged or compromised during shipping, which Beauty Hause™ will cover.
