Tap a small amount of Bright Buff into wet palms or directly onto damp skin. Mix with a few drops of water (or your Clear Code Cleanser) to form a paste. Gently massage for 30–60 seconds, then rinse. Follow with Step 4:Aqua Kiss Blue Glow Oil.
